Titled "Diablo Immortal", the game's background story sets it in the time between its PC counterparts "Diablo II" and "Diablo III". Despite the fact that many fans expected Blizzard to announce PC-related Diablo project (new game or remaster), the USA company unveiled a mobile game - Diablo Immortal. Online play will use a modified version of Blizzard's Battle.net interface.
"Diablo Immortal is an all-new mobile massively multiplayer online action-role-playing game for iOS and Android".
However, there have been some mixed opinions from fans over Diablo's new iteration, with some fans worrying that the mobile format will mean microtransactions.
