Scarlett Johansson, who plays Black Widow in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, is reportedly set to earn $15 million for the upcoming standalone Black Widow movie. This is equal to what her male co-stars Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth received for their work in CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR and THOR: RAGNAROK. Robert Downey Jr. made just $500,000 for the first Iron Man, while Chadwick Boseman is said to have pulled down $2 million for the first Black Panther.

Johansson has appeared in Marvel films as Black Widow six times, but "Black Widow" will be her first standalone film as the character. Brie Larson was offered $5 million for Captain Marvel, but her high price tag came along with a seven-picture deal that proves she'll be the new star of the MCU.

Disney also lists Incredibles 2 - another box office behemoth - as the third film they will be pushing for the Oscars.

THR reports that "multiple knowledgeable sources" confirmed this salary to them, though Marvel is disputing the figure.

Celebrity snoopers from the New York Post say Scarlett Johansson of "Avenger" fame recently purchased a 4,000-square-foot Washington Spring Road estate in Sneden's Landing for $4 million. To everyone in front of the camera, behind the camera, and in the audience, thank you for the memories!

The bottom right of the packaging also looks to reveal Captain America gets one of these white suits, but interestingly enough Captain Marvel is seen in her red and blue costume.

However he was then believed to be paid $50 million for the first Avengers film, while Johansson at the time was in the low-millions.

As Marvel Studios delay the reveal of the Avengers 4 title beyond all sense, numerous theories and guesses have made their way onto fan forums and social media, and some suggestions are better than others.
