She has claimed that Brad hasn't paid "meaningful child support" since they're separation but Brad quickly defended himself in his filing by saying when a hearing was scheduled for August 21, Angelina made no mention of child support issues.

The declaration in a court filing is meant to counter Ms Jolie's assertion in documents a day earlier that Mr Pitt has paid "no meaningful child support". News, the couple is keen to formally end their marriage, but they are focused on the custody battle above all else.

A source reportedly told Us Weekly that Pitt has "contributed financially to the care, welfare and expenses" since the former couple's break up.

"Respondent has previously loaned Petitioner $8.0 million to assist her in purchasing her current residence and has paid over $1.3 million in bills for the benefit of Petitioner and the minor children", the documents read, while his lawyers claimed that Jolie's effort to schedule a hearing on the subject was a "thinly-veiled effort to manipulate media coverage".

A source went on to claim to UsWeekly that Jolie, who is now filming Maleficent 2 in London, had been forced to return to work making movies in order to cover the costs associated with raising her children.

Another source added: 'Brad has completely lived up to his commitments as far as child support and will continue to do so'.

"Following the incident of September 2016, Angelina and the children needed to move from the family home, which Brad chose to keep, including all of its contents", DeJean said in a statement obtained by ET Canada. "Angelina will of course honour that loan".

"Given the informal arrangements around the payment of the children's expenses have not been regularly sustained by [Pitt] for over a year and a half, [Jolie] intends to file [a request for a court order] for the establishment of a retroactive child support order".

"Angelina is asking Brad to pay 50 per cent of the children's expenses". Child support is not optional in California, ' the statement on Jolie's behalf went on. We hope they can come with a conclusion that is best for their kids soon!
