Weiss, 39, was taken to Butte County Jail after being arrested in Oroville, California for being under the influence of drugs, according to the Oroville Public Safety Department.

Weiss, 38, was detained Saturday around 1 AM in Oroville, California, TMZ reports.

Nicodemus said that the group were "behaving erratically with flashlights" and that Weiss was shining a light into his own face.

OPD shared Weiss' mugshot in a Facebook post confirming the arrest, and it is shocking. Cops said they cut him a break after he spent a few hours in the drunk tank and released him with no citation. No blood work was done, and police did not confirm what drug Weiss had used.

This is not the first arrest for Weiss.

The former actor's mugshot is a far cry from the fresh face that fans of The Mighty Ducks franchise know from the 1990s and this is not the first time that Shaun Weiss has been on the wrong side of the law, after having served time for theft and drug possession two times past year.

In addition to serving as the Mighty Ducks' goaltender, Weiss appeared in "Freaks and Geeks" and "King of Queens", among many other productions.

That arrest occurred just days after he was released from a jail sentence for stealing $151 worth of merchandise from a Fry's electronics store. He was charged with misdemeanor meth possession in California in 2017 and sentenced to spend 150 days in a Los Angeles County jail according to FOX.

The arrest happened in Oroville, CA, involving Shaun Weiss, who played Goldberg in the Disney film.
