Tina Turner's son Craig Raymond Turner has died by suicide at the age of 59, according to the Los Angeles Coroner's Office. In April, his adoptive brother, Ike Jr., gave an interview with the Daily Mail, where he revealed that Craig was "in real estate".

The tragic news comes after Tina, 78, attended Haute Couture Paris Fashion Week in France on Tuesday where she appeared to be in high spirits.

Tina welcomed Craig with Kings of Rhythm saxophonist Raymond Hill in 1958, when she was just 18.

Craig worked as a realtor in Studio City. She explained that he "was a very emotional kid". "One day when Ike was fighting me, Craig knocked on the door and said, 'Mother, are you all right?' I thought, 'Oh, please, don't beat me at home.' I didn't want my children to hear". After 16 years of domestic abuse, she left Ike. Ike Turner reportedly adopted Craig shortly after he and Tina got married in 1962.
