Brad Pitt scored a major victory with respect to temporary custody of his kids with Angelina Jolie - and the court issued the actress a stern warning.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, a judge in Angelina and Brad's divorce case determined that the former couple's six children "not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them", and adds that "it is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother".

Jolie, 43, and Pitt, 54, were ordered to arrange a phone call between them, their children and two psychologists "to explain the summer schedule", the documents state. Additionally, Jolie is allegedly barred from being present or interfering with Pitt's time with the kids in person.

Pitt was cleared of allegations of child abuse by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services in November 2016.

During this time, Pitt is required to designate one or two of the children to spend time with at a time, and must spend time with each child at least twice.

Pitt will then have custody of the minor children for 10 hours each day from June 27-July 1 with the other psychologist present.

Jolie must also provide Pitt with the cellphone number of each child, and allow him to call at will, according to the reports.

In the spirit of strengthening the relationship with Pitt, the court has laid out a summer schedule for the children, minus Maddox, to spend time with the actor over the summer.

As for 16-year-old Maddox, he'll get to decide on his own how much time he wants to spend with dad.

At the end of July Pitt will be able to see them in Los Angeles for a week from July 21 to 29.

He is responsible for returning them back to Jolie in London on July 29, in addition to paying for their transportation.

With an alleged physical altercation between Brad and Maddox occurring on a private plane in September 2016 and apparently prompting Ange to file for divorce, the custody situation has always been tense between the exes, who were together for 12 years and married for two.

"They are figuring out how it would work, but (Jolie) is not happy", a source told Page Six in May.

Following their split, Pitt was investigated by multiple agencies after Jolie alleged that he had a drinking problem and was abusive to their children.

Last month it was reported that Jolie wasn't happy about the delay in getting approval in bringing her kids over to London with her while she films the second installment of Maleficent.
