Ubisoft returns to E3 2018 amidst rumours and leaks galore. Fine by us. Take all the time you need. Dialogue choices will also be in Odyssey, giving the player a bit more power over the choices that you make in the game.
All we know so far about Assassin's Creed Odyssey is that it will have a setting based in Ancient Greece. Whether this will be an actual full title or more of a massive add-on for origins remains to be seen. but either way you can expect this new Assassin's offering to be a focal point of the Ubisoft conference. Or will you adopt a true pirate's life and betray your fellow players, making off with all of the loot yourself?
This latest trailer comes nearly exactly a year after the game was first announced by Ubisoft during last year's E3 presentation.
It's hard to pick a true headliner before the event begins, with the likes of Assassin's Creed Odyssey, The Division 2, and Beyond Good and Evil 2 all set to leave a mark. The world is absolutely massive and features a number of improvements over Assassin's Creed Origins. This result also damaged the relationship we had with another character.
However, we will reserve our judgment of Odyssey for when the game releases on October 5 of this year.
One detail that wasn't shared during the release of the latest trailer was a release date, but there was some better news revealed than previous announcements might've led players to expect.
Justin Farren detailed the story, explaining how you're a pirate who is going to steal every last coin from the rich.
