The company has introduced the OnePlus 6 Avengers Edition with a price tag of 4,199 Yuan (~$660).

OnePlus 6 comes with a dual rear camera, with a 16-megapixel and a 20-megapixel sensor. The Marvel Avengers Edition OnePlus 6 comes with a Kevlar-styled print at the back underneath the glass coating.

The OnePlus 6 will be exclusively available via from May 21 for the Prime customers. The smartphone also comes with a bunch of offers from Airtel, Reliance Jio and more.

Having said that, the OnePlus 6 is covered with Gorilla Glass 5 on both the front and back. The smartphone' highlight is the extended screen.

On paper, the OnePlus 6 looks little more than an incremental update on the OnePlus 5 and 5T. However, owing to hardware limitations, the chin could not be completely removed as seen on the iPhone X, as explained by Carl Pei. Other features include Bluetooth 5 and support for two nano-SIM cards. However, OnePlus 6 now water resistance from accidental spills.

OnePlus has stuck to its guns in terms of optics. The company has squeezed the front camera, proximity sensor, and earpiece into the notch, whereas on the OnePlus 5T these components were present on an upper lip above the bezel-less display. "This is the fastest flagship experience that OnePlus have ever made". This means the OnePlus 6 is shorter, wider, and thicker than the OnePlus 5T, whilst also being 15 grams heavier. Powering the device is, of course, Qualcomm's flagship chip, the Snapdragon 845.

As previously mentioned, the smartphone was unveiled in London and even though the event is already over, OnePlus enthusiasts can view the event by watching this live stream of it. You can remove onscreen buttons and use gesture navigation to enjoy the full screen estate on the phone. The Alert Slider has been coated with a gold accent as well. There is also a fingerprint scanner at the back which claims to unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds. The earlier leak hinted that the phone would sport dual camera set-up on the rear. The cameras also record 4K videos at 60fps which is a great feature for content creators. Despite the rumours, there's no added IP67 certification, no wireless charging support and no "Super Slo-Mo" mode on the camera. The notch has been the talk of the town among users lately, with some requesting for an option to hide it and put a black bar around. For selfies, you will find a 16-megapixel camera.

The base variant comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB of storage at a price of Rs 34,999. The 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant has been priced at Rs. 39,999.
