Rogers also said that Nintendo would make a Pokemon Switch announcement before the end of the month, so we'll get to see if any of these leaks and rumours bear fruit in the next week or so. But while intensifying rumors hinting at a Pokemon Switch title finally being announced are exciting enough, it's the prospect of it being connected in some way to Pokemon GO that really has us excited here at Gamezebo. This company has registered domains for Nintendo in the past, and they were also behind the registration of the domain.

It appears that Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Pokemon Let's Go Eevee could be the first Nintendo Switch Pokemon games.

According to Rogers, who returned to talk about the matter on ResetEra, "a Pokemon game is releasing on Switch later this year". This all leads to a much bigger question: What lessons should Game Freak and Nintendo learn from Pokemon Go's success? Players can have their Pokemon follow them around, as they did in Pokemon Yellow, and the game will also have some sort of connectivity with Pokemon Go, with rewards for linking up accounts and possibly a new peripheral device (like the PokeWalker or Pokemon Go Plus) that ties into both games. Looks like Nintendo Switch users might be getting that after all.

An alleged Pokemon Switch leak has potentially outed the name of the upcoming RPG, with a logo for the game reportedly surfacing online. At this time, it's not clear whether that will be the primary way you catch Pokemon or just an option.

With E3 on the horizon, rumors about the Pokemon titles coming to Nintendo Switch have kicked into high gear. Until then we can only wait and see what Nintendo has in the works for us.
