Actor Arjun Kapoor, who is busy shooting for his next film Namastey England, is all set to star as a spy in Raj Kumar Gupta's next film tentatively titled as India's Most Wanted Man.
Sharing the news with his fans, Arjun tweeted, "Honoured to be a part of an untold story that will inspire India!" This time with Raj Kumar Gupta, whose last directorial, Raid, was such a huge hit at the box office.
The film, which has a release date of May 24, 2019, is about "the capture of Indias most wanted, without firing a single bullet".
Arjun Kapoor on Friday took to Twitter and shared a photograph of himself along with Gupta. After being associated with projects like Ashutosh Gowarikar's Panipat and Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, the actor has now been signed for another big film. In cinemas 24th May 2019.
Kapoor wrote a heartfelt note in which he thanked his fans and followers for loving him unconditionally for the past six years.
May 11 marks Arjun Kapoor's six years in Bollywood as it marks the anniversary of his debut film Ishaqzaade. He also revealed it was after his first film that he realized that films were his "true calling". "May 11 will always remain the most memorable day of my life and today feels even more awesome because Im letting you know about one of the most special films of my career", he said in the statement.
"As actors we all want/search for rare stories that have the potential to inspire". "India's Most Wanted" is one such story based on true events that will make every Indian proud. Interestingly, he will once again reunite with his Ishaqzaade co-star Parineeti Chopra for both these films.
Arjun now has Vipul Shah's Namaste England alongside Parineeti, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, the Hindi remake of the Telugu Blockbuster Arjun Reddy and Ashutosh Gowariker's Panipat in the pipeline.
