Filmed in his in-laws' home watching and reacting to City's title win, giving an interview to the press... and tonight, hanging out with John Stones, Bernardo Silva, Kyle Walker and Fabian Delph in a Manchester pub!

A Manchester City stalwart for 10 years, Vincent Kompany celebrated his third Premier League title 'round his nan's house, among a gang of United fans.

"Just one more time, come on City!" If I had met Pep when I was 20-years-old I would have been the flawless player for him and would have been able to improve so much, ' the Belgian defender added.

City were confirmed as champions without kicking a ball after nearest rivals Manchester United suffered a shock 1-0 defeat at home to bottom club West Brom at Old Trafford. This one is the one I'm proud about in the way we've done it, but the first one was special for everyone.

Kompany, whose return to regular fitness has been a key factor in City's success this season, said there could be no talk of domination after they won a first league title since 2014.

"You can't take it for granted", Kompany said.

"This is not a dynasty, it is one title we've won".

Word quickly got around through social media and City fans queued outside a venue still advertising United's televised clash with the Baggies in a bid to join fellow supporters inside, where the players were seen belting out Oasis' Wonderwall and being serenaded by supporters expressing their delight and gratitude.

"At my age I can still learn and I enjoy every minute of it, but I think we share one thing of having the hunger and desire to never be satisfied".

"But in our defence, we can only be judged on a period of time, so we need, two, three or four years in a row and if at the end of this we are consistent like we have been this season, then perhaps but we have taken one step, that all we can do at the moment". "When I was 20 I would have been a ideal player for him", he said.

"I had a feeling when I woke up this morning". There have been a lot more good days for the Red side but today it is for the Blue.

"It's brilliant and we're super happy but there is still so much work to be done before the full potential is unlocked for the whole team". You realise something can happen and it was a wonderful goal by Rodriguez so thank you! "[Carla's dad] is a better loser than victor!"
