Game publisher Square Enix recently hosted a Kingdom Hearts Union X fan meetup in Anaheim California. Some are hoping for the protagonist, Sora, to die after defeating Xehanort while others are hoping for the antagonist to switched over to the light side.

Kingdom Hearts 3 gives us a first look at some of its many mini-games in new trailer.

The trailer shows off Sora, Donald, and Goofy looking down at a gaming device as they try their hand at some black-and-white classic, Disney-themed mini-games.

But of course, this is just speculations from our end.

Kingdom Hearts 3 has mini-games inspired by 1980's LCD games, such as classic Game & Watch. These were The Karnival Kid, The Barnyard Battle, Musical Farmer, and Giantland.

Kingdom Hearts III is due out on PS4 and Xbox One in 2018, and while it has slipped back many times already, this seems like it might be the release year that finally sticks.
