While the Warriors lost both games, having watched much of the Portland game, I can say that the Warriors gave a gutty effort against a team that had them outmanned and outgunned across the board. PF Jordan Bell (right ankle sprain), PG Stephen Curry (tweaked right ankle), SG Patrick McCaw (non-displaced fracture, left wrist) and C David West (right arm cyst) are out.

Minnesota has lost four of the past six games, including the game Butler was hurt.

This is the second consecutive defeat in the National Basketball Association that the Warriors have suffered but they are still in a good position on the points table.

Jeff Teague (10 points, 10 assists) and Taj Gibson (11 points, 13 rebounds) also had double-doubles, while Nemanja Bjelica (10 points) and Jamal Crawford (12 points) rounded out the double-figure scorers for the Wolves.

Stephen Curry is the engine that makes the Warriors offense work. "More than anything, we just looked a little exhausted".

"It's tough when you're missing that many key guys", Green said.

This was Rose's first on-court action since February 7 for Cleveland, against Minnesota.

Jennings just finished a seven-game stint with the Bucks' G League team at Wisconsin, where he averaged 21.4 points, 7.6 assists, 4.7 rebounds and 1.6 steals. Everybody's just coming together even better.

Warriors: West was scheduled for examination by a dermatologist on Sunday, Kerr said, before an assessment about his return could be made.

Denver, which led by as many as 36 points, now enters a hard stretch - eight of its next nine games are on the road.

Golden State will remain without the two-time NBA Most Valuable player for home contests against the Los Angeles Lakers (Wednesday) and the Sacramento Kings (Friday) and then road games against the Phoenix Suns (Saturday) and the Spurs (March 19).

Timberwolves: Hit the road to take on the Washington Wizards on Tuesday.
