He said in the name of an All Party meeting on sealing issue, the two faces of the same coin - Congress and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) - on Tuesday sat together and praised each other's efforts. "Due to BJP-AAP collusion and fake fights, traders are facing a lot of difficulties", the Congress president said in a tweet.
An all-party meeting to discuss the sealing drive in the capital will take place at Arvind Kejriwal's residence on Tuesday.
The Monitoring Committee was set up by the Supreme Court in 2006.
A total of 1,675 business establishments were sealed across the Delhi from January 23rd till March 9 in the ongoing sealing drive by the BJP led MCD, information released by the corporation said on Tuesday. More than half a dozen policemen were deployed additionally apart from the regular security deployment outside the CM's residence for the meeting.
In solidarity with Prakash, IAS and Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Services (DCS) officers have not been attending meetings with AAP ministers, and only maintaining written communication with them.
"BJP wants to make way for FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) through the sealing drive", Sisodia said and added that the drive is being done with the support of BJP.
Maken also attacked the BJP for boycotting the meet.
"Mr Sisodia said the BJP could resolve the issue immediately if it wanted to". It will be sent to BJP also.
Health minister Satyendar Jain, development minister Gopal Rai, AAP leader Sanjay Singh, and MLA Somnath Bharti were among the others who took part in the talks.
"There are some issues on which we should not do party politics", he said. The meeting lasted nearly for an hour and was fruitful, Maken said. "We have told them that for each area, the MPD and the existing law has a solution and therefore the ongoing sealing is illegal", Maken said.
The then Centre and State Government under Congress Party working by on its past strategy to suppress the issue, brought out an under developed Master Plan-2021 which though stopped the sealing at that time but soon complicated the situation to the extent that in 2017 Supreme Court actively re-intervened.
Mr Maken said that everyone should join hands to stop the sealing drive and all the facts should be properly presented before the Supreme Court.
