Rick Pitino reportedly linked to Georgia job

Former Louisville basketball coach Rick Pitino is itching it get back into coaching again as he is ready to take the next steps in getting back onto the court.

Pitino was sacked by Louisville as a result of the FBI's investigation into college basketball in September.

"Been hearing Rick Pitino's name a lot from trusted sources regarding the Georgia job", ESPN's Jay Williams reported Saturday, a day after Pitino said he wants back in the coaching world.

Pitino was sacked less than a month after Louisville responded to allegations brought forth in the Federal Bureau of Investigation probe that former recruit Brian Bowen was bribed to sign with the Cardinals.
