Cameron Diaz has starred in dozens of movies since her break out role in The Mask, but it seems as though she doesn't want to see her name on billboards anymore. Blair would have liked to make a sequel but, "Cameron's retired from acting, she's like 'I'm done'".
Back in January, Us Weekly reported that the starlet was more interested in starting a family than continuing her career in front of the camera. Diaz's other 2014 projects Sex Tape and The Other Woman also performed well, hauling in well over $100 million each worldwide on budgets of $40 million. She was a producer on the TV adaption of her movie "Bad Teacher" in 2014, too.
"I mean, she doesn't need to make any more films, she has a pretty great life", Blair said of Diaz's current situation. The star has been spotted looking curvier than usual while out with hubby Benji Madden, and she hasn't been pictured drinking!
Cameron Diaz has allegedly retired from acting to focus on family life.
In a rare interview with radio host Andy Cohen, the 45-year-old actress divulged knowing that Madden would be her husband as soon as they were introduced by her sister-in-law, Nicole Richie. As much as we all love Rupert Everett's rendition of "I Say A Little Prayer" in the 1997 romantic comedy, it is so hard to resist falling for Diaz when she sings "I Just Don't Know What to Do with Myself" at karaoke.
Another source close to the actress hinted earlier this year that she's also ready to become a mother.
He wrote: "She lacks the exuberant crudeness and vampy joy that every other Hannigan has brought to the part".
"She is enjoying being at home and being a housewife, she would love more than anything to be a mom.""At this point they would be very happy with the miracle of one child", the insider explains. They aren't really thinking past the first one at this point.
