Asus has started pushing out a new update to its ZenFone 4 (ZE554KL) smartphone.

Well, as this an Oreo update, it brings features like Background Limits, Autofill Framework, Smart Text Selection, Picture-in-Picture Mode, Notification Dots, Adaptive Icons, and more. However, you won't notice any major UI changes. Asus confirms the Oreo update for its Zenphone 3 and 4 back in August, after the announcement of Android Oreo. Apart from that, they will also experience the unique features of Android Oreo. The core concept is that you can work with multiple applications using the same screen. To recall, the Moto X4 Android One edition devices received the update last week. Until then, device owners can check for updates manually by going to Settings About Phone System Updates Check for the new firmware. It is absolutely vital to charge the handset completely and also establish connectivity with Wi-Fi to avoids excess data charges. The smartphone costs Rs 20,999 for the 3GB RAM variant and Rs 22,999 for the 4GB RAM variant.

Just to remind you, the Asus ZenFone 4 arrives with a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display. In addition to 4G VoLTE, the Moto X4 provides support for WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, GLONASS, NFC in addition to USB Type-C port. The setup also consists of a 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle sensor with a 120-degree field of view, an f/2.2 aperture, and 1.12-micron pixels. The phone also features a 16 megapixel front camera that is capable of taking clear selfies even in low light conditions. The dual camera comes with dual LED flash, phase detection autofocus (PDAF) and correlated colour temperature (CCT).
